MEET THE CO-CREATORS

Monthly Energetic Hygiene Class

I LOVED the Energetic Boundaries class. I have taken several courses about energetic foundations/boundaries and it was great for learning in the beginning however, I was missing something. This class was perfect. After the class, I immediately created energetic rules with my guides moving forward. Tricia is full of wisdom. I would love to attend this class monthly. 90 minutes would be a good duration if it's offered 1x/month. With the new energies coming in, it's helpful to brainstorm with each other new ways to ground, protect, and clear.

Monthly Energy Shift

The session with Alicia was incredible. I enjoyed the small class size and the supportive environment. Huge ah-ha moment for me when I asked my question. It gave me a TON of insight and clarity about why I am the way I am and a starting point to really dig into healing that part of me that I so desperately want to heal. One question, one answer but the answer revealed that I built a lifetime on that identity. It makes so much sense now. I have a lot of work to do from here but the insight gave me a solid base to work from.

Acknowledging Your Shadow (Monthly Class)

I signed up for Michelles class "Acknowledging your Shadow". She is such a warm and welcoming teacher! I did not know a lot of about my shadows and like many people I just wanted to sweep them under the rug. After taking the class I now know how important it is to work with my shadows. I look forward to taking more classes to understand and work with them. It is essential work for the soul.

The Sacred Art of Loving Yourself (Event)

I watched the Sacred Art of Loving Yourself and that class alone was worth the cost of the whole month! Tricia explained how even the parts of us that we do not like are important and the reasons why. It made me look at myself and my many parts including the ones I did not think I liked in a whole new way! This class is a must for everyone who wants to understand the light and dark within themselves.

Energetic Healing & Activation Container

The Energetic healing and activation session was so perfect and so needed with all the weird energy that’s been going around lately. Allowing the muck to clear and an energetic rebalance to occur was what I needed right now.

Monthly Empowered Intuition Masterclass

The class with Alicia and her previous one were probably my favorites so far. I LOVE, crave and need the healings but the workshops really get me thinking about what I am doing and point me to things I haven't thought of/questions I haven't thought to ask to dig deeper. I have a difficult time wading through the confusion and while I had already learned about the body pendulum and used it before, I completely forgot about that tool. Witnessing all the different types of questions I could ask and get a yes or no answer to drill down.

Mini Readings & Channeling

The mini readings session from a few days ago was great. I liked that it was a small class so I was able to get a personalized reading. I have started looking more into telepathy since then and look for ward to the next one!

Safety & Support for the Spiritual (S.A.S.S. Support Group)

The first SASS session was wonderful. There were only three of us, which made it cozy and comfortable to share and be vulnerable. Carrie did a great job of encouraging us to share, and making space for everyone. It was a very helpful session. At the end she did a sound healing that was seriously magical. I have never had my chakras vibrate with the sound healing. I knew exactly which chakra she was working on because it started to sing for me!

Live Guided Meditation

This guided meditation was wonderful. I love the journaling time after, because like you said, if I don't write it down I will forget it! The group was very welcoming, and I can't wait to get to know everyone more. Thank you!

Full Moon Dance Party

I had so much fun dancing with Cholena! It felt so good just to let go and loosen up. I had no idea how much I missed dancing. Cholena is lovely.

Biweekly Sacred Shadow Circle (Support Group)

Michelle is beautiful on the inside and out! She is so easy to connect with and creates a beautiful, safe space for sharing and learning. I appreciate her honesty and vulnerability. Learning about shadow work from someone who is so relatable is extraordinary.

Quantum Soul Healing & Activation

The healing meditation with Lisa a few days ago was really powerful. She has a calm voice and demeanor and I enjoyed the visual meditation as well

Biweekly Audacious Trust Group

I had the opportunity to spend 1:1 with Tina in the Audacious Trust Support group. It was my first time in this support group and Tina made me feel welcome and safe. Tina is a gifted healer and intuitive. She was able to guide me to strategies and supports for my journey based on her inner guidance and wisdom. The meditation at the end was powerful and I felt full of light and love at the end. 

Energetic Healing: Sensing & Shifting

Just finished the healing session with Sheila and I thought it was great! I liked the small group so I could get personalized healings and information. I also liked the tips she gave to try out for ourselves like the spaghetti light to deep target stuck energy to break it up. She is very personable and down to earth and I enjoyed the class
