Energy Report:

Are you looking to take the reins on your healing journey?  I firmly believe we are all healers and meant to heal ourselves.  The most powerful transformations come from me stepping back from being the healer, and shifting into my role a facilitator and teacher who gives you the tools, direction, and guidance to confidently heal yourself.  If you are ready to take your power back and become your own healer, this is perfect for you!

Did you know the root causes of trapped energy in your chakras is something that energy work alone cannot always resolve?  The root causes of trapped energy in each chakra can range from inner child wounds, to past life karmic cycles, to energetic cords, to belief systems and programming.  Learning to move the energy is a great tool to develop, but can act as only a bandaid until you discover and heal the root causes.  Let's uncover those roots to find more direction in our healing journey!

I will energetically connect with you and do an energy scan of your chakra system.  You will receive the following:

  1. A written report containing the detailed status of each chakra, the root causes of the energy being held there, and remedies to heal and clear each chakra 

  2. A short video discussing specific issues found that need furhter elaboration

  3. A video containing 'how to's' for healing the most common root causes of trapped energy

  4. Resources to assist you in healing these roots

 Healing & Shadow Work Session:

Whether you are newly embarking on your healing journey or have been doing this deep work for decades, we all can benefit from guidance and assistance on our healing journey.  Having a facilitator in your corner to scan your energy, pinpoint what energies are stuck and why, and provide guidance from your higher self as to how to clear it, can be extremely beneficial.  As I hold space for you during this session, I can assist you in moving energy, uncovering energetic blocks, healing your inner child, integrating your shadow, and so much more.

This session is perfect for those who understand that they are meant to heal themselves and are looking for guidance and assistance in the healing process.  While energy work is included in this session, this session is not for me to heal you, it is for me to show you the path to healing yourself.

If you’ve been feeling blocked, confused, directionless, or stagnant in your healing journey, this is perfect for you.  We will uncover the roots to what is blocking you, negatively affecting you, causing repeating patterns, or keeping you feeling unwell physically, emotionally, or mentally.  We will work together to clear the root cause energies of whatever is coming up for you to heal right now, or tackle something you’ve felt stuck on.

No two sessions are ever the same, because we are all on different healing journeys and at different places in our healing journey.  I allow your higher self to guide the entire session, showing us the modalities and methods that align best with you for your healing.

You will walk away from this session not only feeling lighter, having cleared low vibrational energy, but with the tools to continue the work reprogramming of the mind and keeping yourself clear, so you can continue on your healing journey feeling empowered, confident, and with a clarity.
