The Structures Built on Competition Don't Work Anymore

An exciting time is upon us! So much is collapsing all around us, but despite the reaction of the ego and our nervous system, this is a beautiful thing. A needed thing. We can choose to be in fear of change, the unknown, or the letting go of what no longer serves us…. Or we can embrace the change. The new.
A new way of being, existing, collaborating, and supporting one another.
All of the themes of the old paradigm are disintegrating, and as they do, we are getting TRIGGERED. A big theme here is that of competition vs. collaboration.
Our old reality was built on hierarchy.
On climbing the corporate ladder. On every man for themselves. On individualism. On privilege being masked as working harder. On greed being masked as the reward for said hard work. On fear and lack mindset being masked as the ‘it’s you or me’ mentality.
Our ego is built on this.
Our ego is the survival based part of us that relays the message that we MUST stand out, be better, outshine, the rest in order to survive…
Because at one point (a long, long time ago) this was true. This egoic truth is based in the old paradigm. It is NOT coming with us into the new.
Everything left behind is replaced by something new.
We are shifting from competition to collaboration. We are swapping a low frequency program for a higher frequency one.
Collaboration.
Just say it. Doesn’t it FEEL good in your body? Do you feel your body ease up? Relax? Your body knows what is true. Your body knows what resonates.
Collaboration in essence is abundance.
Collaboration shines the truth that there is always availability for all. Collaboration sheds light on the abundance we haven’t realized exists when we come together. When we compliment one another. Teamwork makes the dream work, right? I say that to my kids all the time! It’s so true though. Have you ever been in a space, worked on a project, or brainstormed with others who share the same vision? Who are vibrating where you are? Doesn’t it just FEEL like magic? Something intangible takes over.
Collaboration is exponential. Collaboration is limitless.
Two beings in unison doesn’t amplify the energy by 2. It’s exponential. It’s outside the physics as we’ve been taught.
This is a pillar of the new paradigm. With it comes ease. Flow. Calm. Brilliance. Abundance.
What does this mean for us? It means all of the systems, beliefs, programs, attachments, and expectations you, your friends, family, colleagues, etc. all have that relate to competition are being HIGHLIGHTED right now. Major tension is in this space. Those who have benefitted from this concept and belief are going to struggle a bit.
Things built on this foundational belief will begin to crumble.
My advice? You guessed it… LET GO. Affirm it. Trust it. Release. And then open yourself up to collaboration. Invite it in. Trust in what grows from collective goals, dreams, beliefs, and intentions.
Take a chance, a leap of faith, and let what needs to crumble, crumble… And seize the opportunities for something new, collaborative, and become a beacon for this new pillar of our reality.
